Eligibility 2. The Promotion is applicable to residents of the UK and Ireland who are aged 18 years or over provided that they purchase the product from Panasonic Direct (https://store.panasonic.co.uk/) (the “Panasonic Direct Website”). 3. The Promotion starts on 00:01 on 11th October 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 20th October 2024 or while stock lasts, whichever is earlier (“the Promotion Period”). Process 4. In order to qualify to participate in the Promotion, Participants must purchase one of the products listed below (“Qualifying Product”) from the Panasonic Direct Website. 5. The Promotion shall apply to all products on the Panasonic website. 6. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Promotion. 7. They will then be directed to Panasonic UK where they can purchase the relevant Qualifying Product. 14. The promotional code advertised must be entered by the participant at check out on Panasonic Direct for the participant to benefit from the promotion. 15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative to the same or greater value. 16. The promotional code will be valid for the duration of the Promotion Period and will cease to be active at the end of this period. 17. Where the participant purchases more than one unit, the cash discount will split and will be allocated to items based upon their proportion of the overall transaction amount. Refund 22. If the participant were to send back the reduced item for a refund and the total sales price then fell under promotional price, the participant will be refunded as if the promotion had never applied to their purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, this means the discount will be removed should this circumstance arise. 23. If a customer purchases multiple items with this promotion, and chooses to return 2 or more of the items, the refund will be based upon the apportioned discount applied in section 21. General 24. There is no cash alternative to this Promotion and is non-transferable. If multiple products are purchased the refundable amount will be prorated depending on the sales value of the goods purchased.
